The Australia–United States partnership in Landsat Next builds on a nearly 50-year partnership, enabling collaboration to scale up over the decades to come. The accreditation system continues to operate under some pressure but with a high level of continuity. Some areas have grown dramatically. The number of accredited bodies increased to 140, up from 137 on 1 July 2023. During the same period, the number of certificates increased from 165,162 to 188,535. [AR p.8]
